About Muchas Gracias

Muchas Gracias was created in 2020 when two brothers, Jorge & Jesus Ruiz, started making their secret birria taco recipe and selling them from a local barbershop in Chandler, Arizona. Their food was so well received that they opened a restaurant right after the pandemic ended and now have five locations in Arizona after starting to franchise in 2022. Muchas Gracias: Vancouver was the second location to open up. After trying our food at our authentic Mexican restaurant, Jean Valle, a Google local guide, said, "The birria tacos were delicious! The fries were delicious, and the consome was super delicious to dip my tacos and fries into."
